Return and Exchange Policy
At Botanic Gleam, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality herbal cosmetics products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

– Unused and unopened
– Accompanied by the original receipt or order number
– Returned within 7 days of delivery
Return Procedure

3. Include the original receipt or order number with the return.
4. Ship the product back to us at Al-Fatima Science Academy, Gali Imam Bargaha Wali, Ward # 1, Farooq e Azam Road, Hafizabad.
5. Once we receive the returned product, we will process a refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Exchange Procedure
